Al Zorah Project is a result of a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International. The project was launched back in 2008 as a new town within the Emirate of Ajman, UAE. Its vision was that of a very large mixed use destination that will offer real estate products for all aspects of life, from residential, office, shopping, education, tourism, entertainment to sports and the likes. This vision was based on a certain understanding of the markets that proved to be unattainable.
The master developer and developer, Al Zorah Company and the development manager, Solidere International, have reworked the planning of this project to become more in tune with its fundamentals: proximity to Dubai, pristine beach and magnificent mangroves and sized it to what is now considered as in tune with the reality of the markets and the location.
